Objectives:

The aim of this workpackage is to efficiently manage the administrative, technical and scientific tasks to assure the smooth and efficient running of the project. This includes the co-ordination of the contacts with the EC, the control of the project results as well as the resolution of conflicts. This WP is under the responsibility of the co-ordinating contractor. This WP aims to:

• Ensure technical/scientific and administrative management of the project
• Develop a spirit of co-operation between the partners
• Ensure consensus management and information circulation among the partners
• Ensure project reporting and interface with the European Commission Project Officer
• Co-ordinate and control project activities to keep it within the objectives
• Ensure quality management of the project
• Prepare and deliver the final report
