Objectives:

To design and implement the hardware and software modules, systems and sub-systems that are required for the overall system. Upon completion of its work, WP3 will have:

• Defined, designed and developed the MCMS Action Engine Module (AEM) and its sophisticated algorithm;
• Designed and developed all the systems and subsystems of the MCMS for monitoring and adaptation;
• Designed and developed the modules and interfaces that are necessary for the system integration;
• Defined, designed and developed the ADAMANTIUM specific (IPTV & VoIP) services, their generation and adaptation, including the server and client modules.
